RETURNS

For any personal care item, all sales are final.

  • However, if any item not in its original condition upon delivery, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Please contact contact@gfamilybeautysupply.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

  • All sales are final. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

  • We can ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email contact@gfamilybeautysupply.com

SHIPPING

  •  All orders placed by 1 pm PST will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders after 1 PST on Saturday and on Sunday, are scheduled for USPS pick up on Mondays.  
  • Pick from three shipping options;

           1. Flat fee $9.99 for USPS Economy Shipping

           2. Flat fee $14.32 for USPS Priority Mail

           3. Flat fee $34.48 for UPS Next Day Air

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  •  Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the handling of USPS. We will provide information to retrieve your insured package and items.
